Log into your ‘My Account‘ and navigate to ‘Orders’. You can select an order and click ‘View‘ to check order details.
Click ‘Track my Order‘ and enter your ‘Order ID’ (eg. 3507) that you want to track and your ‘billing email address (eg. me@mymail.com). Click ‘Track Order’. You will receive details about date of order, and current status of order.
In most cases, the simple answer is a bold NO. We make products per order. That’s why we insist on getting more information about the type of design that you want – and we’ll do just that!
