Silkwood Manufacturing Private Limited (“Silkwood”) is a registered entity under The Companies Act Chapter 24:03. The Company is incorporated and domiciled in Zimbabwe.

The Directors and Management of Silkwood are guided under the principles of corporate governance. The directors fully support the principles of accountability, openness, integrity and fairness. The Board of Directors are responsible for maintaining a system of internal control, which provides reasonable assurance that the Company has effective and efficient operations, internal financial controls and complies with laws and regulations.

The Board plays an oversight role while management of operations vests in the Executive Management.  The directors bring a wealth of experience from their own fields of business and ensure that the debate on matters of strategy, policy, progress and performance is robust, informed and constructive.
